Organic amaranth flour "Fitnessier" is made of whole grains of the highest quality white organic amaranth which is grown up in the highlands of Peru that guarantees ecological purity and a maximum of health. Our flour kept all useful properties of a amaranth which is rich with vegetable protein which contains the main set of the amino acids necessary for a human body, and also a large amount of vitamins: B6, B9 (folic acid) and minerals: iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese, copper, sodium, selenium, phosphorus, zinc. But the main advantage of an amaranth can be considered the high content of a squalen. Our flour is well for pastries, power cocktails and sauces.
