Necessary ingredients:

  • 200 grams of white Quinoa
  • 400 grams of pumpkin
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 200 grams of cream
  • turmeric (curcuma)
  • vegatable oil
  • salt and pepper

Cooking method:

  1. Cut pumpkin on small slices, place in a pan and fill with water;
  2. After boiling add to a pan of Quinoa, add salt and cook within 15-20 minutes;
  3. When Quinoa and pumpkin become soft, to merge vegetable broth in separate capacity;
  4. Cut tomato and onions, grate carrots and roast everything on a small amount of vegetable oil;
  5. Put Quinoa, pumpkin and roasted vegetables in a pan, add cream and a turmeric;
  6. Process everything by the manual blender, add vegetable broth for receiving a necessary consistence;
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
